Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to send us. When you fill in our tour, contact, or enrollment inquiry forms, we receive:
- Your name, email address, and phone number
- Your child's first name and age, the program you're interested in, and a preferred start date
- Anything you write in the message box
We also receive the information you share when you call or email us.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to you, arrange a tour, answer your questions, and help with enrollment. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How the forms work
Our forms are delivered to our center's email inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service. Your message passes through their service only to reach us. This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps standard technical logs to keep the site secure and running.
Cookies and third-party content
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Some pages show a Google Map and use Google Fonts. When these load, Google may receive basic technical information such as your IP address, under Google's Privacy Policy.
Children's privacy
This website is meant for parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Photos of children on this website are shared with their parents' permission.
Keeping your information safe
This website uses a secure (HTTPS) connection. We keep the information you send us private and share it only with the staff who need it to help your family, or when required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete the information you've sent us at any time. Just email rahmahchildhoodcenter@gmail.com or call (614) 423-7171.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
